The Complete Retreat
Recovery stays designed around treatment, movement, and a calmer rhythm
The Complete Retreat is being shaped as a more restorative way to stay with Strong For Life: accommodation paired with treatment access, guided movement, and space to reset properly.
Instead of trying to fit recovery into a busy trip, the goal is to make the stay itself part of the process, with treatment, strength work, outdoor movement, and downtime planned together.
This page is now structured as a proper marketing page inside Payload, so copy, headings, icons, and images can all be refined without needing another frontend rebuild.
A sea-view apartment base for a calmer recovery stay
Martha 242 is a top-floor, sea-view apartment in the Doña Lola beachfront complex in Sitio de Calahonda, with resort amenities and practical home comforts that fit naturally around treatment, movement, and downtime.
Beachfront Calahonda setting
Doña Lola sits by the Mediterranean, close to the beach, boardwalk, shops, tapas bars, restaurants, and Calahonda nightlife.
Resort pool and gardens
A large 270ft curved swimming pool, sun terrace, swim-up bar, waterfalls, palms, and subtropical gardens create an easy place to unwind.
Gym, sauna and beach access
On-site facilities include a gymnasium, sauna, pool areas, and direct coastal surroundings for lighter recovery days.
3 double bedrooms
The spacious top-floor apartment sleeps up to six, with twin beds that can be joined into super-kings in the two main bedrooms.

2 bathrooms
One en-suite and one family bathroom, both with powerful showers over bath, make longer or shared stays easier.
Sea-facing balcony
The south-facing balcony has panoramic sea views from the third floor, including fishing boats, coastline, and open horizon.
High-speed fibre Wi-Fi
Recent fibre internet upgrade includes apartment Wi-Fi and high-definition UK television channels.
Fully equipped kitchen
Kitchen setup includes washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, and everyday essentials.
More structured than a hotel, less clinical than a treatment-only trip
The Complete Retreat should read as a guided recovery format with enough flexibility to adapt around pain, energy, and goals.
Stay with a recovery focus
The accommodation is part of the plan, not just where you sleep between appointments.
Keep treatment and movement connected
Hands-on work, strength sessions, and lower-stress recovery all sit in the same rhythm.
Reduce friction while travelling
Instead of piecing support together on the fly, the week is shaped around what your body needs.
Leave with momentum intact
The stay should create carry-over, with clearer next steps once you are back home.
A clearer rhythm from arrival to departure
The page should explain the logic of the stay: assess well, pace intelligently, and leave with more clarity than you arrived with.
Start with assessment, not assumptions
Guests should begin with a clear clinical and movement overview so the rest of the stay reflects what their body actually needs, not a generic package.
- Arrival assessment and intake
- Treatment and movement priorities
- Recovery pacing for the stay
- First mobility or reset session

Blend treatment, movement, and downtime properly
The middle of the stay should feel balanced rather than busy: treatment where useful, movement where appropriate, and enough rest for the body to respond well.
- Treatment or massage blocks
- Guided strength, Pilates, or rehab work
- Outdoor recovery and low-stress movement
- Simple mid-stay progress review

Leave with a plan that continues beyond the stay
The value is not just the time away. Guests should leave knowing what changed, what to keep doing, and what the next step looks like once they are back home.
- Clear summary of progress
- Home-based movement plan
- Advice on treatment follow-up
- Confident next steps after departure
